With a visionary team that has deep experience in building large-scale SaaS platforms, we are now seeking a visionary Chief AI Officer to help us accelerate the transformation of this integration landscape using Generative AI.

As Chief AI Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Unizo’s AI vision and execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will leverage Generative AI to revolutionize SaaS integrations, making them smarter, faster, and more intuitive. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on technical expertise, making you instrumental in shaping Unizo’s product and AI capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with a variety of AI models, including large language models (LLMs), transformers, and specialized NLP frameworks.

Proven expertise in fine-tuning AI models for SaaS-specific use cases.

Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and their implementation.

Experience in designing and managing AI infrastructure to support scalable applications.

Deep knowledge of function-calling LLMs and their role in dynamic and automated system interactions.

A strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and AI-driven automation.

Entrepreneurial mindset, with a hunger to solve complex problems and create transformative solutions.

Previous startup experience or experience working in early-stage environments is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills to inspire and lead technical teams, engage with non-technical stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and Execute AI Strategy

Develop and execute Unizo's AI strategy, aligning with our mission to revolutionize SaaS integrations.

Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI models to address real-world SaaS integration challenges.

Lead the design and development of AI infrastructure, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and function-calling LLMs.

Ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into the Unizo platform, enabling intuitive and automated solutions for SaaS vendors.

Experiment with and fine-tune diverse AI models, optimizing them for scalability and performance in SaaS use cases.

Collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional teams to align AI innovation with business goals.

Stay abreast of advancements in AI, ensuring Unizo remains at the forefront of technology.

Represent Unizo in AI-focused discussions with investors, partners, and the broader tech community.
